My son Max, who is almost 4, recently learned a new word. This in and of itself is not so surprising. Kids need to learn a lot of words quickly if they ever hope to have an adult sized vocabulary. And having seen a lot of nieces and nephews grow up, I knew he was going to eventually learn this particular word. I just didn’t think it would be so soon. And now it’s kinda creepy to hear him using it.
Oh yeah, the word he learned is “actually”. So now every thing he says is “Actually, this,” or “Actually, that.” I’ve actually got a headache.
