The whole thing is faintly demeaning. I know a guy who uses the site -- andWe must figure out who this is.
the weird thing is, he's a nice guy, a kind guy; someone I like -- who told me
flat-out that he won't respond to an ad or an email, no matter how appealing,
unless the woman includes a full-length pic. That leaves me gobsmacked. But,
then, so does the guy whose ad specifies that he only dates blondes (and this from a putative PhD linguist!).
